The atmosphere exudes serenity, with stunning views from the African lounge overlooking the tranquil swimming pool and the lush garden fountain. Dining at the hotel was a delightful experience; the innovative menu showcased local produce in vibrant dishes. Each meal was an exploration of Moroccan flavors, from the spiced tagines reflecting the rich culinary history to fresh salads that were refreshingly light. The staff was exceptional, showing genuine care and support. They even prepared an early breakfast for my departure, which was greatly appreciated. The central location allowed me to seamlessly immerse myself in the bustling souks while providing a peaceful retreat afterward. For anyone eager to indulge in authentic Moroccan cuisine, Riad Amor's restaurant offers not only a meal but a memorable experience amidst the charm of medieval Fez. I look forward to returning.
